Pieced together as a series of abstracted paintings, “Palindrome” is a visual celebration of the cryptic vernacular; its an important film in the avant-garde canon because, by liberating itself from the classic storytelling, the formal language engenders its own narrative – “a series of kinetic Rorschach tests inviting viewers to interpret things as they choose.”
